The FLOW ensemble consists of several components, all sharing a common underground structure. The subterranean levels are mainly used for car and bicycle parking.

Five entrances are located on Amelia-Mary-Earhart-Strasse and they can be easily reached from the inner courtyard. FLOW can also be accessed from the driveway on Rita-Maiburg-Strasse.

With its self-contained components, FLOW is perfect for single tenants who wish to occupy up to 20,000 m2 in one building. We also offer house-in-house solutions with exclusively designed entrances.

The office spaces offer variable floor plans that can be divided according to your needs. Whether you need individual offices, modern meeting rooms, spacious open-space solutions or office concepts for collaborative work – FLOW offers flexible configurations for small, medium and large spaces.
